SharePoint is powerful. Uploading from an iPhone shouldn't make your team feel powerless. SpSnap cuts through all of it. Tap, pick your library, done. Files land in Microsoft 365 before you leave the site.
Why SpSnap
The native apps are powerful but complex. SpSnap is ruthlessly simple: open, pick, upload.
Uploads are handed off to iOS, not the app. Lock your phone, switch apps, the upload keeps going. On spotty cellular, iOS automatically retries the upload.
Set your SharePoint destination once. SpSnap remembers it. No digging through site URLs every time. (Included in Personal plan and above.)
Uses your existing Microsoft 365 account via MSAL. No new passwords. Supports MFA and conditional access.
IT admins configure the destination once. Every employee in your Microsoft tenant gets it automatically. Nothing to set up on their phones. (Included in Business plan and above.)
Business+ tier: route different Microsoft 365 groups to different SharePoint libraries. Sales uploads to Sales. Field techs to Operations. Zero friction. (Coming soon)
See your files directly from SharePoint. Tap to preview. Swipe to delete.
Workflow-ready. Uploads arrive with file name, user identity, SpSnap identifier, and timestamp already attached. Ready for your backend Power Automate gurus right out of the box.
SpSnap pulls your company logo and branding directly from Microsoft and themes the app to match. Your team sees your colors, not ours. No configuration needed.
SpSnap works across your Apple devices. Use it on iPhone in the field, iPad on the job site, or Mac back at the office. One app, one subscription, everywhere you work.
Who uses SpSnap
Made for the field, not the office.
Document job sites, equipment, and completed work. Upload directly to the right SharePoint library without switching apps.
Site photos, progress documentation, inspection records, uploaded from the field before you leave the job site.
Securely upload documents to SharePoint using your organization's Microsoft credentials. MSAL auth, no data stored outside M365.
Deploy once per tenant. Enforce upload destinations. Eliminate end-user configuration entirely. Works with your existing M365 licensing.
How it works
Use your existing Microsoft 365 account. Your org's SharePoint library is auto-configured if your IT admin has set it up.
Tap Upload, choose from your photo library or camera. Select one or many.
Uploads run in the background via iOS background sessions. Lose signal mid-upload? iOS holds it and retries automatically when you're back online. You'll get a notification when it's done.

Nope. One IT admin subscribes to Business, and all users in your Microsoft 365 tenant automatically get the org-configured destination. End users just need to download SpSnap for free.
SpSnap uses iOS background URL sessions, so uploads are handled by the OS, not the app. If signal drops, iOS queues the retry automatically. You'll get a push notification when the upload completes.
SpSnap never stores your files. Uploads go directly from your phone to your SharePoint library via the Microsoft Graph API. Authentication uses MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library) with your existing M365 credentials. No new passwords, no separate account.
Any SharePoint site and document library your Microsoft 365 account has write access to. For Business plans, your IT admin sets the destination and users can't change it (great for compliance).
If your org has multiple departments using different SharePoint libraries, Business+ will let you map Microsoft 365 groups to specific libraries. A Sales group member automatically uploads to the Sales library. A Field Tech automatically uploads to Operations. No user configuration required. This feature is coming soon. Interested? Request early access and we'll notify you when it's available.
SpSnap is designed to reduce the complexity of uploading photos and videos to SharePoint from your iPhone. It works with Microsoft 365 work or school accounts โ the same accounts used to access SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. Personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live.com) are not supported.
Not yet. Guest accounts (external users invited into another organization's M365 tenant) authenticate against their home tenant, which means they can't be covered by a host org's Business subscription. Guest account support is planned for a future Business+ update. If this is a blocker for your team, let us know so we can prioritize it.
Business and Business+ plans cover your entire Microsoft 365 organization, so they must be purchased by someone with a Global Administrator or Billing Administrator role in your M365 tenant. When a qualifying admin purchases the plan in the app, it automatically applies to all users in the organization โ no per-user setup needed. If you're not sure who your admin is, check with your IT department or look in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
