Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SpSnap application and related services ("Service") provided by VirtueTech, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using SpSnap, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
SpSnap is designed for use with Microsoft 365 work or school accounts. You must have a valid Microsoft 365 account with access to SharePoint to use the Service. Personal Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live.com) are not supported. You must be at least 13 years old to use SpSnap.
2. Your Account
You sign in using your existing Microsoft 365 credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. SpSnap does not create or manage separate user accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SpSnap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's policies. You may not:
- Use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to circumvent upload limits, subscription tiers, or other restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use automated tools to interact with the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- Impersonate another person or organization
4. Subscriptions and Payments
SpSnap offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
- Free Tier: 5 uploads per month, no charge
- Paid Tiers: Micro ($0.99/mo), Personal ($4.99/mo), Business ($24.99/mo), Business+ ($44.99/mo)
- Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. You retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period
- Business Plans: Business and Business+ plans must be purchased by a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator or Billing Administrator and cover all users in the organization
5. Your Content
SpSnap facilitates uploading your files to your organization's SharePoint. You retain all ownership of your content. We do not access, store, review, or modify your files. Your files are governed by your organization's SharePoint and Microsoft 365 policies.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep SpSnap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on Microsoft Graph API, Apple App Store, and other third-party services that are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtueTech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SpSnap. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirtueTech, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SpSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
