Welcome to SpSnap Setup

This wizard will connect SpSnap to your organization's SharePoint in just a few minutes. Your team will be able to upload photos and videos directly from their iPhones.

📋 What you'll need

  • Microsoft 365 admin access — to approve SpSnap for your organization
  • Your SharePoint site URL — where files should be uploaded
  • ~5 minutes — that's it!

🔒 How it works

SpSnap never sees your users' passwords. Authentication goes directly through Microsoft. Your files go directly to your SharePoint — we never store or access them.

You'll grant SpSnap permission to access SharePoint on behalf of signed-in users in your organization. You can revoke this at any time from your Azure admin portal.

Review the permissions

SpSnap requests these permissions (all delegated — only works when a user is signed in):

  • Files.ReadWrite.All — Upload and manage files in SharePoint
  • Sites.ReadWrite.All — Access your SharePoint sites
  • User.Read — Read the signed-in user's name and email

After accepting, you'll be redirected back here. That's it — SpSnap is now authorized for your org!

💡 What does "admin consent" mean?

Admin consent lets your users sign in to SpSnap without each person needing to approve permissions individually. You can revoke it anytime from Azure Portal → Enterprise applications → SpSnap → Permissions.
