Welcome to SpSnap Setup

This wizard will connect SpSnap to your organization's SharePoint in just a few minutes. Your team will be able to upload photos and videos directly from their iPhones.

๐Ÿ“‹ What you'll need

  • Microsoft 365 admin access โ€” to approve SpSnap for your organization
  • Your SharePoint site URL โ€” where files should be uploaded
  • ~5 minutes โ€” that's it!

๐Ÿ”’ How it works

SpSnap never sees your users' passwords. Authentication goes directly through Microsoft. Your files go directly to your SharePoint โ€” we never store or access them.

You'll grant SpSnap permission to access SharePoint on behalf of signed-in users in your organization. You can revoke this at any time from your Azure admin portal.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing

Free during early access. Upload photos and videos to one SharePoint document library. No credit card required.

Grant SpSnap Access

As a Microsoft 365 admin, you need to approve SpSnap to work with your organization. This is a one-time step.

1

Click the button below

This opens Microsoft's consent page. Sign in with your admin account and approve the permissions.

2

Review the permissions

SpSnap requests these permissions (all delegated โ€” only works when a user is signed in):

  • Files.ReadWrite.All โ€” Upload and manage files in SharePoint
  • Sites.ReadWrite.All โ€” Access your SharePoint sites
  • User.Read โ€” Read the signed-in user's name and email
3

Click "Accept"

After accepting, you'll be redirected back here. That's it โ€” SpSnap is now authorized for your org!

๐Ÿ’ก What does "admin consent" mean?

Admin consent lets your users sign in to SpSnap without each person needing to approve permissions individually. You can revoke it anytime from Azure Portal โ†’ Enterprise applications โ†’ SpSnap โ†’ Permissions.
